Except in extreme circumstances appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Use of school cars for driving tests will only be allowed when in the considered opinion of the instructor the pupil has reached the standard.

Tests take priority over booked lessons.

The school can not be held responsible for driving test appointments postponed by the DSA

While every care is exercised to ensure that pupils will receive tuition at the time booked, all appointments are made on the understanding that school accepts no responsibility for postponement of lessons due to mechanical break down of cars or any other cause and if pupil can not be accommodated on another car, a fresh appointment will be made as soon as possible.

If the instructor is not available for any reason than the instructor have the right to substitute another driving instructor for the purpose of giving all or any of the lessons.

The pupil agrees that he/she is duly licensed to drive the tuition vehicle.

The pupil agrees to refrain from smoking in the car.

School will refund of any credit balance to pupils who cease to take lessons for any reason.

On test day the car hire fee for test has to be paid before the test began.
